Human Resources Coordinator, College of Arts and Sciences

This position serves as one of the College of Arts and Sciences Human Resource Coordinators in helping the college with its recruitments and the hiring of a variety of employees from student workers to staff and faculty. To qualify for this position, candidates must have one year of college coursework in human resources and two years of technical human resources experience. To thrive in this role, candidates should have the ability to organize and communicate facts and opinions with a focus on customer service; ability to learn and keep up with evolving human resources best practices and understand; and the apply and explain university policies, rules, and regulations relating to human resources functions.
