Scituate Barracks

At 10:45 PM, Troopers arrested Silvio Rodriguez, age 38, of 9 Milk Street, Blackstone, Massachusetts on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1) Domestic Simple Assault and 2) Domestic Disorderly originating out of the Lincoln Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police - Headquarters, where he was processed and turned over to the Lincoln Police Department.

At 1:05 AM, Troopers arrested Melvin Acosta Inirio, age 39, of 371 New York Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC .15 or Greater (Phase I: 0.164% & Phase II: 0.161% - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 1:13 AM, Troopers arrested Victor Ventura Perez, age 33, of 20 Kenwood Street, Apartment #1, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC .10 to .15 (Phase I: 0.118% & Phase II: 0.120% - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
