City of Cape Coral Launches New Utility Customer Portal

The City of Cape Coral has launched a new online customer portal for utility billing.

The Utility Access Portal provides a range of convenient features, allowing customers to:

  • Access account information 24/7
  • View, print, and pay utility bills
  • Set up autopay options (Credit card autopay customers must re-enroll)
  • Submit account information updates


While all login credentials have transferred to the new system, for security reasons, automatic credit card payment details have not.

Customers Who Use Credit Card Autopay:

  • Must log into the new Utility Access portal and re-enroll with your credit card information.
  • Note: If the due date of your September bill is on or after Oct. 1, your balance will NOT draft. Autopay must be reactivated in Utility Access.

Customers who pay by automatic bank draft or other payment methods will not need to make any changes, but all customers are encouraged to log in and take advantage of the new portal's features.
