The City of Cape Coral has launched a new online customer portal for utility billing.
The Utility Access Portal provides a range of convenient features, allowing customers to:
While all login credentials have transferred to the new system, for security reasons, automatic credit card payment details have not.
Customers Who Use Credit Card Autopay:
Customers who pay by automatic bank draft or other payment methods will not need to make any changes, but all customers are encouraged to log in and take advantage of the new portal's features.
