CoreCivic Helps Welcome Students Back to School with New Supplies

CoreCivic employees across the country are dedicated to supporting their communities. With back-to-school season here, CoreCivic stands ready to support local schools with the supplies students need to be successful in this upcoming academic year! CoreCivic facilities delivered these donations to schools throughout August after a weeks-long school supply collection period facilitated by generous CoreCivic staff.

In Eloy, Arizona, staff at Eloy Detention Centerand La Palma Correctional Centerheld school supply drives.

In Lake City, Florida, staff at Lake City Correctional Facilitydonated 125 backpacks filled with school supplies to local elementary schools.

In Nicholls, Georgia, staff at Coffee Correctional Facilitydonated backpacks full of supplies to the city of Nicholls to give to students who are headed back to school.

In Brentwood, Tennessee, staff from CoreCivic's headquarters supported the United Way Stuff the Bus campaign, which helps 15,000 Middle Tennessee students start the year with backpacks full of supplies.

In Newport News, Virginia, staff and residents at James River Residential Reentry Centervolunteered to packed 20 backpacks full of supplies to give to local elementary students.
