Wickford

At 9:00 PM, Troopers arrested Sergio Toj Mendez, age 21, of 21 Tiffany Street Apt#1, Providence, Rhode Island for Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. The arrest took place as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 in the Town of North Kingstown. Toj Mendez was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future court date.

At 1:09 AM, Troopers arrested Juliana Ferrara, age 28, of 413 Central Avenue Apt. #441, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/ Drugs 1st Offense- B.A.C. Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest took place as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 in the Town of North Kingstown. Ferrara was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later released to the custody of a responsible adult.
