"Trinseo + ME" is an exclusive series of interviews with our staff. Let's take a look at the story of Grace Yang.

Grace Yang is Administration Leader at Trinseo's Hsinchu Site. Her main duties include administration and training arrangements at the site, as well as order processing.

Grace has been with Trinseo since before its spinoff from Dow, totaling an astounding 23 years! She shared that every change means "bidding farewell to the past, and saying hello to the new." Through it all Grace has embraced the changing culture, processes and work environment and adapted to them all.
