AIR FORCE

The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, was awarded a $450,500,000 undefinitized contract action for the F-15 Japan Super Interceptor Program requirement to incorporate C2 production Lot One. This contract provides for the acquisition of radars, self-protection systems, and mission computer units. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be completed by February 2030. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to Japan. This contract was a sole source acquisition. FMS funds in the amount of $110,796,438 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8634-22-C-2705).

ASIRTek Federal Services LLC, San Antonio, Texas, was awarded a $34,494,298 firm-fixed-price contract for Delta 6 defensive cybersecurity operations. This contract provides for tasks related to protection, detection, and response of space weapon systems and other platforms as required. Work will be performed at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by May 14, 2029. This contract was a competitive acquisition, and 11 offers were received. Fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $8,245,398 are being obligated at time of award. Sonalysts Inc., Waterford, Connecticut, has been awarded a $7,943,026 contract change proposal modification (P00130) to a previously awarded contract (FA8806-19-C-0002) for calendar year 2025 sustainment of fielded hardware and software for the standard space trainer. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $198,185,377. Work will be performed in Waterford, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2025. Fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $2,440,000 are being obligated at the time of award. The Space Systems Command, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado is the contracting activity.

ARMY

Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Co., Stratford, Connecticut, was awarded a $375,937,755 modification (P00068) to contract W58RGZ-22-C-0010 to provide full funding for UH-60M and HH-60M aircraft. Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2027. Fiscal 2025 aircraft procurement, Army funds in the amount of $375,937,755 were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

Versar Inc., Washington, D.C., was awarded a $31,769,572 firm-fixed-price contract to provide electrical and facility-related technical services. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Washington, D.C., with an estimated completion date of July 5, 2027. Fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $6,488,418 were obligated at the time of the award. Olsson Industrial Electric Inc., Springfield, Oregon, was awarded an $18,413,893 firm-fixed-price contract for replacement, demolition, installation and/or refurbishment of isolated phase bus sections at Chief Joseph Dam. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Bridgeport, Washington, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 11, 2028. Fiscal 2025 Bonneville Power Authority funds in the amount of $654,672 were obligated at the time of the award. HNTB Corp., Kansas City, Missouri, was awarded a $15,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for multidiscipline design and/or other architect-engineer professional services. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 9, 2031. AIS Infrastructure LLC,* Carrollton, Georgia, was awarded an $8,879,363 firm-fixed-price contract for warehouse repairs. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Hendersonville, Tennessee, with an estimated completion date of June 12, 2026. Fiscal 2010 civil operation and maintenance, Recovery Act funds in the amount of $8,879,363 were obligated at the time of the award. Michels Construction Inc., Brownsville, Wisconsin, was awarded a $7,797,395 firm-fixed-price contract for a pilot project to demonstrate and evaluate the use of water injection dredging at Tuttle Creek Lake in Manhattan, Kansas. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of April 21, 2027. NAVY

Pond - Baker JV, Norcross, Georgia, is awarded an $83,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity modification to previously awarded contract N40080-22-D-0001 for architect-engineering services. This contract modification adds additional capacity for multi-discipline design and engineering services for industrial and research facilities. Work will be performed within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Washington area of operations and will be completed by May 2027. No funds are being obligated at time of the award. Future task orders will be funded using military construction and operations and maintenance (Navy) funds. NAVFAC Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Lockheed Martin Co., Stratford, Connecticut, is awarded a not-to-exceed $45,000,000 cost-reimbursable undefinitized order (N0001925F0147) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001923G0002). This order provides for the testing and certification of the 2.5% above minimum specification all engines operating takeoff engine power as well as the analysis, engineering and test and certification planning of 105% transient drive system torque limit on the VH-92A Patriot aircraft for the Navy. Work will be completed in Stratford, Connecticut (50.01%); Lynn, Massachusetts (22.6%); Cedar Rapids, Iowa (10.62%); Vergennes, Vermont (8.55%); West Palm Beach, Florida (3.65%); Orlando, Florida (1.27%); Fort Worth, Texas (1.18%); Trumbull, Connecticut (1%); and other various locations within the continental U.S. (1.12%), and will be completed in April 2027. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $10,000,000 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
