INFORMATIONAL: Kuihelani Highway Fire
WHAT: MFD on scene battling the fire. MPD on scene closing traffic on Kuihelani Highway in both directions.
WHERE: Near mile marker 4 on Kuihelani Highway
WHEN: Reported to 9-1-1 at 4:35 pm
IMPACTS: Smoke impacting visibility on Kuihelani Highway
Precautionary/Preparedness Actions:
Avoid the area. Use alternate routes of travel at this time. Monitor radio, TV, and mobile devices for official information. Prepare yourself and your family to evacuate if notified by County officials.
