Nationwide Transport, a transportation company, announced today that it will establish in La Grange, investing $5.2 million and creating 7 new jobs. The company will convert an existing 4,800-square-foot building in La Grange into a headquarters with space for office personal, a full shop, and parking for its fleet of trucks, dry vans, and temperature-controlled trailers.

"Nationwide Transport's presence in La Grange is great news for our northern region," said Governor Mike Parson. "Our ability to offer a thriving business climate, skilled workforce, and superior infrastructure is vital to attracting and retaining businesses like Nationwide Transport, and we look forward to its future growth and success in Missouri."

For this expansion, Nationwide Transport will benefit from the Missouri Works program, a tool that helps companies expand and retain workers by providing access to capital through withholdings or tax credits for job creation.
