Attention Travelers: Due to Con Ed construction, expect reduced traffic flow on East Third Street between Pease Street and Chestnut Place. Only one lane of southbound traffic will be available. Flaggers will be on-site to direct traffic, and parking will be impacted. Construction hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with work estimated to be completed by November 30th. Please plan accordingly.
