Street Maintenance Improvements Planned for Alameda Street

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX- A City of Corpus Christi contractor will perform street maintenance on Alameda Street from Airline Road to Ennis Joslin Road beginning Wednesday, August 7. The improvements are part of the City's Rapid Pavement Program 2024 work plan.

The project will reduce traffic to one lane in each direction. However, motorists will have access to business driveways and intersections. The project is expected to be completed by October 31.

Safety remains a top priority, so motorists are advised to use alternative routes to avoid delays, remain aware of the work zone, and follow posted signs.
