NATCHITOCHES - Northwestern State University's Eugene P. Watson Memorial Library will host the ninth Living Library program focusing on "We've Got the Music." This installment of Watson's Library Library: Everybody Has a Story will take place at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20 in the Ora G. Williams Digital Media Center/NSU TV Studio, Room 142 Kyser Hall.
Panelists sharing their stories will be musicians/music educators Dr. Burt Allen, Dr. Anthony Pursell, Dr. Paul Christopher and Dr. Douglas Bakenhus.
Watson's Living Library: Everyone Has a Story series is a concept that encourages individuals to share their experiences so that listeners get a first-hand account of what the person saw or lived through. The panels are recorded and become part of the collection at Watson Library that researchers can use to supplement books, journals and other traditional resources for research.
Admission is free and open to the public. For more information contact Debbie Huntington at [email protected].
