Bridge on Polktown Road closed beginning today, Sept. 30

The bridge on Polktown Road, just west of Country Mill Road, will be closedbeginning today, Mon., Sept. 30due to safety concerns on a settling headwall. Repairs will begin within a week, weather permitting, and are expected to take up to a month to complete. Traffic will detour to and from the north end of Polktown Road off Curt Lane.

The disruption is expected to last for one month, weather permitting. Motorists are asked to use caution in the area. Find a larger view of the map online.
