The Department of Housing & Neighborhood Revitalization in conjunction with the Office of Homeless Solutions will host its finalvirtual pre-submission meeting for the 4150 Independence Drive Permanent Supportive Housing Development and Operations, and Land Conveyance Notice of Funding Availability (PSH NOFA). All interested developer teams, contractors, and other interested parties are encouraged to attend. The submission deadline for the 4150 Independence Drive PSH NOFA application is Friday, September 13, 2024 at 5:00 p.m., CST.
Also, during this meeting Housing staff will preview recent policy and administrative changes to the Department's Standing NOFA application to promote the development of mixed-income, affordable, attainable, and equitable housing opportunities in equity strategy target areas and citywide. The Standing NOFA provides increased flexibility and equitable access to the developer community to access gap financing through available funding sources.
