Board of Directors to Meet September 17
WHITE PLAINS-The New York Power Authority (NYPA) Board of Trustees and the Canal Corporation Board of Directors will hold three meetings, via video conference, on Tuesday, September 17, at approximately 8:15 a.m.
8:15 a.m.:NYPA Board of Trustees and Canal Corporation Board of Directors Finance Committee meeting
10:30 a.m.: (approximately): NYPA Board of Trustees and Canal Corporation Board of Directors special board meeting
11:00 a.m.: (approximately): NYPA Board of Trustees and Canal Corporation Board of Directors Risk and Resiliency Committee meeting
Consistent with Section 104(4) of the Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend the meetings at any of the following locations:
- NYPA's administrative office building,123 Main Street, 16th floor boardroom, White Plains
- NYPA's downtown Albany office, 30 South Pearl Street, 10th floor, Albany
- NYPA's Buffalo office, Waterfront Village Center, 40 La Riviere Drive, Room 204, Buffalo
- NYPA's downtown Massena office, 2 Water Street, lower-level, Massena
- IVCI, Suffolk Room, 601 Willets Path #100, Hauppauge
- Canal Corporation's western division office, 149 Northern Concourse, Suite #400, North Syracuse
- Staten Island Economic Development Corporation, 201 Edward Curry Avenue, Suite #103, Staten Island
The meetings will immediately follow each other and can be viewed by visiting the Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov and selecting "View" within the "Meetings and Webcasts: Watch Live" box near the center of the page. A YouTube channel will be launched for live viewing.
Materials subject to board discussion and vote shall be available 24 hours prior to the meeting at www.nypa.gov.
