Emergencies and natural disasters can happen anytime, anywhere. Do you have your emergency supplies stocked and ready, just in case?

Join Lakewood's Emergency Managers Chuck Martucci and Kaitlin Osborn for Survive for 7, a free seminar on emergency preparedness open to ages 12 and up.

The next Survive for 7 session will be held Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 6 p.m.at the Burns Community Center, 5510 Clark Avenue, Lakewood.

You will learn about the types of regional emergencies and disasters that can impact Lakewood, and what you can do now to prepare yourself and your family to survive in the seven days following a disaster when help may not be available.

The session runs about 90 minutes and concludes with a free raffle for all in attendance at the end of the seminar.

Registration is not required.
