08/11/2024 - Notification of concentration concerning the acquisition of the share capital of Lilaco Ltd by Vefima Ltd

Vefima Ltd is a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Vefima Ltd was established for the purposes of the concentration and is controlled by the following persons who, according to the notification, are participating companies: Andri Tsokkou, Cornelia Tsokkou, Margarita Tsokkou and Stavros Tsokkos and are active, among others, in the tourism industry.

Lilaco Ltd is a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Lilaco Ltd is the owner of the organized apartments under the name "Callisto Tourist Village" in Ayia Napa as well as the real estate in which they are located.
