Joint Committee on Health to meet to consider the updated position on (1) neuro-rehabilitation healthcare, (2) programme for primary care centres, and (3) CAMHS

The Joint Committee on Health will meet tomorrow Wednesday, 3rd July 2024 for a briefing from representatives from the Health Service Executive on (1) neuro-rehabilitation healthcare, (2) programme for primary care centres, and (3) CAMHS at 9:30am in Committee Room 2 of Leinster House.

Speaking ahead of the meeting, Committee Cathaoirleach Deputy Seán Crowe said "Our Committee's work continues to spotlight the vast array of issues that impact Ireland's health service. We welcome representatives from the HSE including the Chief Executive Officer Bernard Gloster to the meeting tomorrow. We will seek up-to-date information and the positions on the challenges facing patients in need of neuro-rehabilitation healthcare services, the Programme for Primary Care Centres and decisions on their locations and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.
