Lawn Care and Landscaping Services RFP

The City of Durham Community Development Department is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified landscaping contractors or firms interested in providing landscaping services for several city-owned properties.

These services encompass a variety of tasks, including litter and debris removal, grass mowing, trimming, edging, tree mulching, and installing a chain barrier at one specific property.

On Monday, October 28, 2024, the City of Durham will release the Request for Proposals (RFP) for all interested parties. All Proposals must be received by Friday, December 20, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. EST. Faxed, emailed, hand-delivered, or oral submissions of Proposals will not be accepted. Proposals must be mailed or sent via FedEx. Proposals received after the deadline date and time will be deemed ineligible.

Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend a virtual Pre-Submittal Meeting on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. EST. To attend the Pre-Submittal Meeting, contractors or firms must register in advance no later than Tuesday, November 12, 2024, by 11:59 p.m. EST via the following link: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZEudOGtrTsqH9O1OdyWlZSLK5TklHxaavqy.
