Pittsburgh, PA - PennDOT District 11 is announcing roadway restrictions on Franklin Road (Route 4061) and Freeport Road (Route 4054) in Pine Township, Allegheny County will begin on Tuesday, July 23 weather permitting.

Single-lane restriction will occur at the intersection of Franklin Road and Freeport Road from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays through mid-September as crews conduct utility installation work. Crews from Team Fishel will conduct the work for Columbia Gas.
