"Collaboration between schools and businesses is essential for contributing to career guidance that aligns with new professional opportunities. We have supported the Role Model Project since its inception, certain of the importance of inspiring an open and innovative cultural model." These were the words of Marina Irace, Group HR Director for Almaviva, at the annual event organized by Sistema Scuola Impresa ELIS, a project that aims to support schools in adapting training programs to meet the new needs of businesses, including the hiring of women in predominantly male sectors.

27 companies and 134 schools were involved in the project from 2022-2024, reaching 25,668 students through 373 inspirational talks and 41 orientation events, with 316 Role Models helping young people become agents of change and guiding them in new employment scenarios.

Of the Role Models, ten are from the Almaviva Group: valuable professionals who, over the course of these two years, have shared stories, expertise, and enthusiasm, helping 439 students - 161 male and 278 female - to navigate academic and professional choices.
