Suspect Wanted For Aggravated Assault

New Orleans - New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a suspect wanted for aggravated assault with a firearm.

Wanted is Jarrell "Rell" Smallwood (pictured), Balck male, DOB 10/15/1986.

According to investigators, around 1:11 p.m. on August 20, 2024 Jarrell "Rell" Smallwood, was involved in a dispute with the victim in the 3300 block of Rue Parc Fontaine. Jarrell "Rell" Smallwood, was driving the pictured orange-color Dodge Ram pickup truck when he threatened the victim with a firearm and then drove away.
