GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO, October 17, 2024 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Tech Center, a 148-room hospitality property located in Greenwood Village, Colorado, according to Adam Lewis, regional manager of the firm's Denver office.
Christy McDougall, an associate in Marcus & Millichap's Denver office, was a transactional broker assisting both the seller, an out-of-state owner, and the buyer, an in-state limited liability company. Chris Gomes, executive managing director, and Skyler Cooper, senior vice president, based in the firm's Dallas office, along with Allan Miller, senior managing director in the firm's Austin office, helped facilitate the transaction. Adam Lewis, regional manager, and the firm's broker of record in Colorado, assisted in facilitating the closing of this transaction.
