Bank appraisals on housing increased 8 euros to 1,618 Euros per square meter

The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €1,618 per square meter in June 2024, €8 more than in the previous month (an increase of 0.5%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 6.6% (same as in May). It should be noted that the number of bank appraisals decreased 3.2% when compared to the previous period to around 31.7 thousand, 37.8% more than reported in the same period of the previous year.
