Negative Declaration

Westchester County - The City of White Plains, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed White Plains Hospital Center Expansion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 10 story, approximately 475,000 square foot expansion of the Hospital including an expanded emergency department, a new main lobby, an expanded surgical suite, 144 additional inpatient beds, supporting services and mechanical systems. The project is located at 41 East Post Road in the City of White Plains, New York.
