Vale Councillor Sarah Carter

Like so many people across Victoria, I was shocked and saddened by the tragic loss of Maribyrnong Councillor and former Mayor, Sarah Carter.

Local government has lost a fierce community advocate. On behalf of the City of Greater Dandenong, I offer our deepest condolences to her loved ones, the Councillors and staff at Maribyrnong City Council, and especially the residents Sarah dedicated so much of her life to.
