This notice should be read with the Merchant Shipping (Carriage of Cargoes) Regulations 2024 and Chapter VI of the Annex to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS).

This notice replaces MGN 107 (M) and MGN 146 (M).
