Please do not comingle refuse

Reminder to be mindful of which container is being used for yard waste, recycling, and garbage. There continues to be comingling of refuse in the wrong cans which leads to a recycling or yard waste load being contaminated.

Please review ordinance 105.06:

105.06 - SEPARATION OF YARD WASTE REQUIRED: All yard waste shall be separated by the owner or occupant from all other solid waste accumulated on the premises and shall be composted on the premises or set out for collection in accordance with the collection procedures established by the City.
