City's 2024 Pavement Preservation Program Scheduled to Begin Monday, August 26th

AUGUST 22, 2024 - Beginning Monday, August 26, 2024, the City of Bettendorf's 2024 Pavement Preservation Program gets underway with 16 locations scheduled for the year:

Monday, August 26 (ORANGE):
Somerset Drive (from Brookside Drive to the Cul de sac)
Welshire Drive (from Tanglefoot Lane to Spruce Hills Drive)

Tuesday, August 27 (BLUE):
31st Street (from Oak Street to Oak Street Court)
Alley: 22nd Street and 23rd Street (from Grant Street to Mississippi Avenue)
Ridgeway Court (from 21st Street to the Cul de sac)
Alley: 4th Street and 6th Street (from Grant Street to Mississippi Avenue)
Alley: Grant Street and Brown Street (from 4th Street to Alley West of 6th Street)

Wednesday, August 28 (GREEN):
Pinebrook Lane (from Valley Drive to McLammarah Park)
Crow Creek Court (from 4655 Crow Creek Court to the Cul de sac)
Rollingwood Court (from Tanglefoot Lane to the Cul de sac)
17th Street (from Brown Street to Grant Street)
Brown Street (from 16th Street o 18th Street)

Thursday, August 29 (PINK):
South Hampton Drive (from 2990 S. Hampton Drive to 3212 S. Hampton Drive)
South Hampton Drive (from 3212 S. Hampton Drive to Windsor Drive)
Westmar Drive (from 3018 Westmar Drive to Davenshire Drive)
Harmony Drive (from Hillcrest Drive to Spruce Hills Drive)

According to the manufacturer, it takes approximately 4 hours for the sealant to cure before traffic is allowed to drive on it. Therefore, residents should be prepared to not have access to their driveways for 4 hours once the sealant is applied.
