2024 Citizens Academy - Registration Now Open

We are now accepting sign-ups for five FREE weekly sessions designed for anyone aged 14+ to learn about the functions of each department within Eudora's government. You will spend an evening with each of the five departments to engage and learn about how the City of Eudora operates. Sessions will take place on Thursday evenings from 6 pm - 7:30 pm on October 10, 17, & 24 (with a break for Halloween) and resume on November 7, with the last session being November 14. Dinner is FREE and will be provided at 5:45 before each session!

Below are the dates and departments that will be hosting each session:

October 10: Fire Department

October 17: Public Works

October 24: Police Department

November 7: Parks & Rec

November 14: Administration

Wrapping up the Academy, students will graduate and be recognized at the City Commission meeting on Monday, November 18.
