• Receives and processes all donations in an efficient manner to maximize sales through proper sorting and handling.
• Maintain donation area as clean, organized and safe.
• Represents Goodwill's commitment to sustainability and community service

Customer Service Coordinator

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you play a critical role in ensuring that each customer enjoys an excellent shopping experience. Some of your responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with purchases and inquiries
• Processes cash transactions and maintains accurate records,
• Communicates with team members to maintain efficient store operations
• Practicing the Goodwill customer service standards of excellence
