Manufacturing Freedom: The Kinetic Group’s HR Team Gets Positive Feedback During Recent Virtual Event

The Kinetic Group's HR Team co-hosted a virtual event earlier in September with the Manufacturing Institute's 'Heroes MAKE America' program.

The presentation covered an overview of The Kinetic Group and each of its brands, including a breakdown of locations, the ammunition manufactured and positions available at each location, including internships.

The team kicked off the presentation with The Kinetic Group's branding video, which fostered some discussion in the chat box with attendees posting comments like "That was the best company ad I've seen!" and "Manufacturing freedom!"

The energy continued with presentations from three of our employees.

Jared Kutney (Army Veteran), Bob Berthiaume (Navy Veteran) and Wayne Watkins (Air Force Veteran) each presented, sharing their military background and how they got into manufacturing.

The Kinetic Group will continue to participate in future events, including virtual career fairs and mock interview sessions, which help prepare transitioning service members for a career in manufacturing.
