Negative Declaration
Ulster County - The New Paltz Central School District (CSD), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Bond Referendum will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the a proposal by the New Paltz CSD for a Bond Referendum to secure funding for improvements to four school facilities throughout the District (Proposed Action). A description of the work elements anticipated to be funded through the Bond Referendum are provided below.
