State Police arrest Johnstown woman following Perth Burglary

On November 12, 2024, State Police of Mayfield arrested Leslie J. Davis, 55, of Johnstown, NY, for Burglary in the second degree.

On November 11, 2024, at about 5:26 p.m., Troopers received a complaint reporting a past burglary of a home in Perth, NY. The investigation determined on November 10, 2024, Davis was reportedly observed on the property going through the trash and, when confronted by the owner, left the location in a vehicle. The victim realized after Davis left that Davis had allegedly entered the home, which was unoccupied at the time of the incident, and taken items from within without authorization or permission.

Davis was arrested and processed at SP Mayfield. She was then transported to Fulton County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
