FIREWORKS ORDINANCE
REMINDER:
State law says fireworks may be discharged from June 29 to July 5. Consumer fireworks are permissible statewide until 11:45 p.m. each evening during these dates.
Other dates fireworks may be discharges include New Year's Eve and the Saturday and Sunday of Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend.
July 5 only applies if it falls on a Friday or a Saturday.
