Lincoln Woods Barracks

On October 27th at 11:25 AM, Troopers arrested Albert Peguero Mercedes, age 21, of 66 Providence Street, Providence, Rhode Island for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License - Fourth or Subsequent Offense originating out of the State Police - Wickford Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Chad Brown Street in the City of Providence. Peguero Mercedes was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released.

On October 27th at 5:08 PM, Troopers arrested Joseph Martin, age 20 of 98 Northup Avenue, Providence, RI, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License - Fourth and Subsequent Offense originating out of North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Martin was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.

On October 28th at 1:37 AM, Troopers arrested Carlos Veliz Cante, age 29, of 434 Pine Street, Providence Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - .15 or Greater (Phase I: .225% & Phase II: .210%) - First Offense and 2.) Reckless Driving. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. Cante was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

On October 28th at 2:36 AM, Troopers arrested Soel Melgar Gonzalez, age 36, of 153 Pond Street, Cranston, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - .15 or Greater (Phase I: .183% & Phase II: .200%) - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. Gonzalez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
