At Sumter County Libraries, we're more than just a place to check out books. We offer a wide range of resources and services designed to help you learn, grow, and explore new interests. We celebrated National Young Readers Week this past November, but our offerings go beyond reading. Even if you prefer interactive activities and don't always find yourself behind a book, our libraries have programs, training classes, seminars, concerts, plays, and shows for all ages. We also offer the "Book a Librarian" service, where library staff can assist with computer use or learning new programs. Whether you're looking for hands-on learning or entertainment, we've got you covered.

For families, every Sumter County Library offers story times that help foster a love of reading in children. Join us for morning and evening story times at the Bushnell Library and The Villages Public Library at Pinellas Plaza. Each session features fun activities, crafts, and wonderful stories for kids of all ages. Whether you're a morning reader or an evening adventurer, there's something for everyone, making it the perfect opportunity to create lasting memories while sparking creativity and imagination in young minds.

But that's not all. Our libraries also offer a wide variety of digital resources to explore. With access to eBooks, eAudio, and eComics, there's something for readers of all ages and interests. We even offer genealogy resources for those interested in tracing their family history.

For K-12 students, we provide educational resources to support their learning, from research materials to study aids. Plus, if you're a fan of movies, TV shows, or music, our library services have you covered. You can enjoy digital content, magazines, newspapers, and more from the comfort of your home or at any library location.

• Interlibrary loan: Borrow books from other libraries if we don't have them in our collection.

• Meeting Room Reservations: Reserve one of our meeting spaces for free.
• Print to a Library: Print documents from home and pick them up at a library location.
• Purchase Suggestions: Help us grow our collection by suggesting books or resources.
