Wayfair at Bravo Fan Fest

Bravo Fan Fest is an immersive experience that brings Bravo fans together for a unique look into the shows they love, allows them to connect with some of their favorite Bravolebrities and participate in engaging panels. As an official sponsor of the event, Wayfair had a unique opportunity to immerse fans into the Bravoverse, all while showcasing Wayfair's furniture and décor.

"Deepening our connection with customers starts by showing up in all of their favorite places," explained Kyle Wright, Creative Director, Wayfair North America. "Bravo's passionate fandom has significant overlap with our starter family core audience, so it's a natural partnership to find ways to marry our promise of Every Style, Every Home with the subculture that shows like Real Housewives have created."

Wayfair brought to life the ultimate Real Housewives dinner party setup, where each place setting had an easter egg that paid tribute to a classic moment or scene from the Real Housewives franchise, including:

  • A bedazzled apple atop a faux cheese board (RHONY)
  • A napkin folded into a pioneer doll (RHOSLC)
  • An oversized martini glass reminiscent of Beverly Hills' Dinner Party from Hell

"I love how we created an experience that not only celebrated Bravo fans, but also welcomed them into the Wayfair brand," said Kevin Lindberg, Head of Experiential Creative. "At last year's activation, we saw just how deeply connected fans were to the Housewives stories, reacting with incredible enthusiasm (maybe even mania!) to the references we wove into our site. This year, we took it further by building the entire experience around iconic storylines, blending the Bravoverse seamlessly with Wayfair's furniture and décor, and creating a multi-layered experience that captivated and engaged them throughout the entire festival. This work and dedication resulted in our activation being an absolute hit! We had nonstop queues all day, with friends and couples laughing and enjoying themselves. Perhaps the best moment was when Heather [Gay] sat with a few fans at the dining table to reenact her "pioneer luncheon." It was truly an iconic moment!"

What made this activation extra special was that the set was decked out in Wayfair's exquisite furniture and décor, and included shoppable QR codes so that fans could recreate their own Bravo-themed dining experience at home. Fans also had the chance for photo ops with Bravolebrities and won prizes in our giveaways.

While in Miami, Wayfair also furnished the set for a live taping of "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen" and sponsored a branded game called "Spill the Dinner Par-Tea," a "this-or-that" style game where Andy asked the guests questions about different Real Housewives dinner parties.
