Fall 2024 Convocation details

Clemson University's Convocation will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, August 19, at Littlejohn Coliseum. All new first-year students, transfer students and faculty* may join.

Below is the convocation schedule

9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.

Remarks from President Jim Clements, Provost Bob Jones and others

*All faculty are encouraged to attend. Please arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. and enter Littlejohn at the VIP entrance to access a reserved seating section in the Coliseum Club area.

10:15 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Introduction of Clemson Head Coaches from Athletics

Tiger Band, the Tiger and cheerleaders

11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The President's Cookout at the East Lawn of Littlejohn Coliseum by the Tiger Statues; inside Littlejohn Coliseum if it rains
