Vacation rental renewal upheld

In a July 23 decision, the Hancock County Superior Court found for the town in the McCallion/Old Bears LLC case. The complaint challenged a vacation rental registration renewal the Town issued for WARM Management LLC. The court affirmed the decision of the Board of Appeals, upholding the Code Enforcement Officer's issuance of the renewal registration.
