Canton male arrested for CPCS 7th and possession of drug parapher...

On July 23, 2024, State Police members arrested Christopher M. Streit, age 37, of Canton, NY, for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and possession of a drug paraphernalia 2nd.

On July 23, 204, at approximately 5:40 p.m., Troopers observed Streit operating a 2017 Ford traveling north on County Route 51 in the town of Lawrence, violating a vehicle and traffic law. Troopers initiated a traffic stop and while interviewing Streit, he had drug paraphernalia.

Streit was arrested and transported to SP Massena for processing. He was released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Lawrence Court for a later date in August.
