Public Notice: Approval of Coal Permit Revision - Thunder Basin Coal Co., PT0233, TFN 7 5/164

The Land Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality has
approved the coal mine permit major revision submitted by Thunder Basin Coal Co., PT0233.
This will allow the revision of the postmine topography and surface hydrology drainages. The
application was approved with conditions. For information concerning the conditions please
