Congratulations to our newly accredited companies
July 31, 2024We are delighted to announce that PTSB and Collins McNicholas have recently being accredited with The KeepWell Mark. This recognition reflects their commitment to fostering a culture of wellbeing in the workplace, focusing on key areas such as mental health, physical activity, and employee engagement.
Both organisations have demonstrated exemplary dedication to enhancing employee wellness through strategic initiatives and supportive practices.
A word from PTSB:
Wellbeing is a key cultural enabler for PTSB, and an area that we aim to continuously evolve and improve on to meet the needs of colleagues. Gathering evidence on our current practices and hearing feedback from focus groups provided a great opportunity to understand the impact of current policies, practices and supports and hear suggestions on where we can improve to meet colleagues needs. Working with our assessor throughout the process provided invaluable advice and insights that only an external lens can bring. PTSB's KeepWell Mark journey has been an incredible experience for us all and it's truly inspiring to see the number of colleagues involved from evidence collecting, to focus groups to arranging site visits. We are proud to have been awarded the KeepWell Mark accreditation from Ibec and I've no doubt It will lead to onward success in the employee wellbeing space.
