You are entitled to a Contract Summary

The EU (Electronic Communications Code) Regulations 2022 came into operation in Ireland on 9 June 2023 and introduced some additional consumer rights.

A Contract Summary is a standardised document to provide end-users with the main terms of the service on offer in an easy-to-understand form. A service provider should provide you with a Contract Summary before you sign up to a contract.
