The Employee Wellness Center has received a technology upgrade. Employees can use their personal devices or the center's cable TV subscription for entertainment while working out. Updated monitors were installed along with WiFi and Bluetooth capability.

The Employee Wellness Center is a free, dedicated wellness space exclusive to Marquette faculty and staff. The facility is composed of equipment for cardio, agility, flexibility and free weight training, as well as restroom, shower and water-filling facilities. The center is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Before using the facility, employees must sign a waiver available in the rec sports member portal. Employees do not need to be a Rec Center member to use the Employee Wellness Center.

Those interested in additional resources through My Wellness are encouraged to visit the My Wellness program website. Marquette provides resources to help you manage your health, track your activity, support your financial wellness and more. The program also includes 1:1 confidential coaching resources at no cost.
