Notice for Transient License 7/10 - 7/13

A transient license has been issued by the City of Pontiac to the company Country Fresh Farms. They will be stationed at O'Reilly Auto Parts from Wednesday, July 10th through Saturday, July 13th from 8:00AM to 7:00PM. They will be selling frozen chicken.

A transient merchant is "any person engaging temporarily in a retail or wholesale sale of goods, wares or merchandise in any place in this City, and who, for the purpose of conducting such business, occupies any lot, building, room or structure of any kind, or any person engaging temporarily in business in the City as a photographer, or the operator of a photographic studio or gallery. A person licensed as a Central Business District Street Vendor under article IV of this Chapter shall not constitute a Transient Merchant."

Transient Merchants are required to have a license to conduct business in the City of Pontiac.
