Washington, D.C. - U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. released the following statement on U.S. Secret Service Director, Kimberly Cheatle resigning today after the massive failures that left President Trump within centimeters of losing his life and killed an American hero - Corey Comperatore.

"Cheatle's resignation is only step one of cleaning house. Everyone who is involved in the oversight and massive failures that left President Trump within centimeters of losing his life and killed an American hero, Corey Comperatore, should follow suit immediately," Senator Marshall said. "We will not stop demanding accountability for what happened that day."
