Following an agreement signed with the European Medicines Agency, WeWork will continue to operate its 286,000 sq ft flagship location, offering flexible, well-designed spaces to businesses of all sizes-from SMBs to large enterprises-within the key business district.

In a move to further elevate the member experience at 30 Churchill Place, WeWork has also teamed up with Europe's premier indoor golf club, Pitch, which offers a state-of-the-art modern golf club experience - ideal for team-building activities and social events. Opening in January 2025, Pitch Wharf will span 14,500 sq ft and include 11 cutting-edge golf bays, an Academy offering expert-led lessons, two stylish bars with a lounge, a world-exclusive retail store, and a first-class restaurant on WeWork's promenade.
