Negative Declaration

Livingston and Wyoming Counties - The New York State Office of Parks Recreation and Historic Preservation (NYS OPRHP), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Letchworth State Park Trail Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves proposed improvements to existing trails within Letchworth State Park. Work will include creating drain dips, regrading, re-treading the trails, installing new timber steps and/or stringer stairs, installing new retaining walls, and repairing existing structures. The proposed work will not involve resurfacing. The project is located in the Letchworth State Park in the Towns of Mount Morris, Castile, Genesee Falls, New York.
