Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at 1:36 PM, Troopers arrested Luis Rijo Kelly, age 25, of 125 Galego Court, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue, in the City of Providence. Kelly was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned/presented as a probation/bail violator and then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.

On Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 2:30 AM, Troopers arrested Yazmin Perez Santos, age 22, of 30 Parker Street, Apartment 3, Central Falls, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for failure to stop for an accident resulting in damage to an attended vehicle originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of an investigation and Perez Santos being located by the Woonsocket Police Department. Perez Santos was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
